Guaranteed against DOA

Hardware malfunction problems only. No dropped laptops, spilled coffee,
software related issues, etc.

Some of our products are refurbished and/or used and may have some minor cosmetic
blemishes, examples of which are (but not limited to) small scratches on the
case. Products will not be replaced due to this reason. Items that are NEW will state they are new in the detail of the item so unless it states new assume it's refurbished/off-lease

All
equipment sold have security markings (this includes internal components
such as power supplies/motherboards). Please be sure you are returning
something purchased from us. If the product does not verify to be ours
it will only be returned at your expense.

Batteries are guaranteed to hold a charge. Keep in mind this product is
refurbished and therefore does not have the same life as a new battery.
Brand New batteries are also available for purchase.

The return must be packed in such a way
that it is protected from shipping damage. All packaging material, manuals,
cables and all else that came with it must be included. If the item is
damaged during return shipment or parts are missing the warranty is void.

You are responsible for shipping and
proof of delivery on all returns. Please retain all tracking information
until we confirm receiving the item.

Please ask questions and do not make
assumptions about your purchase. Do not assume items such as drivers, an OS
or manuals are included with your purchase.

Once we receive and confirm that the
merchandise is defective we will replace it or authorize a refund. Please
allow 10 business days for your returns to be processed.

Alaska, Canada and Hawaii bidders return
items at their cost.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and shipping on all
orders is non-refundable.

If the buyer decides to pick the item up
at our Warehouse, the item must be returned to the warehouse by the buyer.

Buyer
agrees to work with technical support staff to determine the best
replacement avenue.

Returns will not be processed without a valid RMA # and form.

requires 3 qualified repairs you will receive a comparable replacement.
