WARRANTIES  

GENERAL PROTECTION WARRANTY POLICY - FREE

  • Feel comfortable knowing for the first year after you make your purchase, Megasystems will guarantees all products against hardware malfunctions. (Not applicable to the few items under clearance sold as-is). Please read on for details on this warranty:

  • Guaranteed against DOA

  • Hardware malfunction problems only. No dropped laptops, spilled coffee, software related issues, etc.

  • Some of our products are refurbished and/or used and may have some minor cosmetic blemishes, examples of which are (but not limited to) small scratches on the case. Products will not be replaced due to this reason. Items that are NEW will state they are new in the detail of the item so unless it states new assume it's refurbished/off-lease

  • All equipment sold have security markings (this includes internal components such as power supplies/motherboards). Please be sure you are returning something purchased from us. If the product does not verify to be ours it will only be returned at your expense.

  • Batteries are guaranteed to hold a charge. Keep in mind this product is refurbished and therefore does not have the same life as a new battery. Brand New batteries are also available for purchase.

  • The return must be packed in such a way that it is protected from shipping damage. All packaging material, manuals, cables and all else that came with it must be included. If the item is damaged during return shipment or parts are missing the warranty is void.

  • You are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please retain all tracking information until we confirm receiving the item.

  • Please ask questions and do not make assumptions about your purchase. Do not assume items such as drivers, an OS or manuals are included with your purchase.

  • Once we receive and confirm that the merchandise is defective we will replace it or authorize a refund. Please allow 10 business days for your returns to be processed.

  • Alaska, Canada and Hawaii bidders return items at their cost.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and shipping on all orders is non-refundable.

  • If the buyer decides to pick the item up at our Warehouse, the item must be returned to the warehouse by the buyer.

  • Buyer agrees to work with technical support staff to determine the best replacement avenue.

  • All equipment sold has security markings on them (this includes internal components such as power supplies/motherboards/batteries). Please be sure you are returning something purchased from us  If the product is not something which was purchased from us it will only be returned to you if it's at your expense.

  • Returns will not be processed without a valid RMA # and form.

  • NO LEMON GUARANTEE If your product requires 3 qualified repairs you will receive a comparable replacement.

RMA REQUEST PROCEDURE

RMA WARRANTY REPLACEMENT REQUEST PROCEDURE

Buyer/winner must email the following information to RMA@megasystemsltd.com to receive Replacement Authorization.

  1. Please put in the subject line: RMA REQUEST,

  2. Order # number

  3. Date of Purchase

  4. Length of Warranty

  5. Model #

  6. Replacement request Reason

Once your request is approved you will receive an email with an RMA #.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 10 days of purchase. Your refund will be less shipping and a 15% restocking charge. This is designed to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Items must be returned at the buyers expense, in the same condition they were received. This does not apply to the few items specifically listed Sold AS-IS.

Buyer must email the following information:

  2. Subject line of email should read: RMA 10 DAY RETURN REQUEST

  3. Order # number

  4. Date of Purchase

  5. Todays date

  6. Model #

  7. Return request Reason

You will receive an email with a RMA # and a form to fill out and include with your return. Please be sure to include the RMA # on this form.
